The CWALU Part Time Program Overview
This is for students who can only do part time for now due to travel, finances or family obligations. It is also perfect for someone to drop in and experience the journey without making the giant commitment. It is for the individual that loves what they do and deepening the intuition just adds to their work. It is also ideal for those who work with animals (pet sitter, animal massage, groomer, doggy daycare, etc) and want to deepen their abilities and add to their toolbox of knowledge.
As a special bonus to these students, the current pricing for the Full Time University pkg. at the time of enrollment will be locked in should the student decide to upgrade to full time.

CWALU Part Time Requirements
The Part Time Student gets the choice of either one of the Beginning – Advanced Workshop OR one of the Specialized Classes:
Beginning – Advanced Animal Communication
The Beginning – Advanced Animal Communication weekend workshops are at the heart of the program. Never has there ever been a weekend workshop that was like another…..in other words because there are always students joining just for the weekend, the CWALU Part Time student really gets the opportunity to communicate with a variety of animals in a guided and safe environment. Also the student connects with many other like-minded people.

In this weekend workshop, students learn about the energetic field of both the animal and their human and what happens when they merge! Students learn about the animal and human chakra system, what the chakras individually mean for animals and humans and how to clear them.
Clearing the chakras prepares the way to learn the scalar wave energy healing technique to enhance health, wellness, longevity, behavior and performance. In energetic terms, disease or bad behavior is a chaos pattern. Raising the frequency creates a coherent field. The Scalar wave is a wave of energy that creates a coherent field – a necessary tool for the toolbox. A stand-alone wave of energy is always stronger than chaos.
Students gain tools to manage the energetic field of both their animals and themselves. Students cover the basics as to what contributes or lowers the frequency of an average household, barn and how this impacts our animal companion’s long term.

Contributors or detractors such as:
- Understanding pet food labels;
- Discovering what toxins are in foods and in our homes;
- Vaccination pros and cons and how to mitigate their damage;
- Balancing the pH of animals gut;
- Review other helpful modalities both energetic and body work;
- Benefits of Energy work & Animal Communication to compliment Western Medicine
- Pendulum/dowsing;
- Muscle testing.

Come learn this technology so you and your animals can be a coherent field in a chaotic world!
Guest lecturers may come in to teach muscle testing, pendulum work as well as body work.
Animals are provided for the workshop. Some healing sessions will be live and others by remote so don’t bring your animal, please just bring a picture.  If you have a pendulum please bring it!

Death, Dying & Lost Animals (3 days)
Death & Dying & Lost

This is an advanced workshop in an emotionally supportive environment to develop skills of communication with animals in the various stages of crossing over and animals that have crossed over. This weekend also covers animals that are lost.
Since much of this information received once they have crossed over is “unverifiable”, students work even harder to create a connection that the “client/human” will trust. Students must have a fair amount of intuitive work under their belt. Students will be able to examine the impact of their own animals that have crossed over and be able to develop compassionate listening skills.
Students also deepen their understanding of how to assist both the animal and the person going through the challenge of loss or the end stage of life for the animal. Â Guest Lecturers may include pet grief counselors or hospice care for animal specialists.
Lost Animals is a particularly thankless part of work of an Animal Communicator, especially if the human doesn’t find the animal (not to mention how the animal feels).  This workshop also focuses on exercises to deepen accuracy and an ability to “sharpen the picture” to give distinct descriptions to the person of their animals location. Students learn tips to help the client remain calm and about what resources the human has. Ultimately the students learn how to assist the human when there may be no closure.
Prerequisite: At least one weekend Beginning – Advanced Course (or online equivalent of studies) with Joan Ranquet or a well-known and respected Animal
Communicator. Extensive studies, knowledge or experience as a medium will also suffice.

This is the final spit and polish for the Animal Communicator before he/she walks out the door. This is also open to anyone wishing to start or expand their existing animal business. Students review how to create reliable contacts, how to connect professionally with other existing practices, how to create incentive bonuses for regular clients, creative networking, professional etiquette and much, much more.  We utilize Joan’s writing skills to create intriguing bio’s and press releases.
We look at social media, multiple streams of income as well as how to create a steady flow of customers.
Joan starts the process of continued mentorship for her CWALU graduates to help them:

- Get press;
- stay on track with continuing education;
- refine their skills;
- create an appearance schedule,
- help them schedule ongoing “reader” status as the in house Animal Communicator at their local bookstores and pet stores;
- Network with other practitioners;
- Knowing when to charge and when to do “trades”.
*For the CWALU students, this is also “finals week”. The students have an Animal Communication Session in a professional environment, i.e. a show barn, aÂ
doggy daycare or with a competitive amateur in a canine or equine discipline. Readings have to be verifiable, measureable and ring true for the client.Â

Between the modalities covered in Animal Alchemy, the depth of understanding of Death, Dying and Lost Animals, and looking at how to market the new Animal Communicators practice, these Specialized Classes really add to the student’s palette and breadth of understanding.
Advanced Animal Communication Teleseminars – Full & Part Time Required
There will be (12) one & a half – two hour long teleseminars throughout the yr. This is an in depth Advanced Animal Communication class on the phone. Students are e-mailed the picture of the animal that will be communicated with and during class, the group talks to the animals.  This is a profound experience for many as it continues a guided connection to the animals and to the fellow students. Homework is given out each class.
The Animal Education Teleseminar Calls (AET Calls)Â Full & Part Time welcome
At least one Monday night a month
This is a series of calls with Animal Experts, Authorities and small business experts. Throughout the year, Joan interviews the various experts. Full and Part Time students are welcome to join live and ask questions. In the original Full and Part time package, 33 AET were guaranteed and now, as of this writing, over 43 wonderful calls are available by Mp3. Current students and graduates are eligible to listen to the prior calls at any time.

Regan Golob is one of the AET lecturers as well as the teacher for one of Joan’s favorite electives in the program.
AET calls are informative and educational calls into a wide range of training, healing and competitive disciplines. There have been calls with everything ranging from holistic vets, homeopathic vets, animal massage, dog yoga, Feng Shui to balance the home, Healing Touch for Animals, Acupressure, an Equine Olympic coach, Dog and Cat nutrition, horse nutrition, dog & cat behaviorists, hoof specialists, healing with crystals, essential oils for animals, marketing a small business, equine dentistry, and much, much more!
These calls give the students a glimpse into a wide range of subjects or avenues one can go to assist clients in helping their animals. It is also a way to create resources for the students and perhaps inspire them in a direction to choose their electives. Who knows, a student could hear their true life calling on one of these calls and have the perfect teacher to go study with on the line!
Regan Golob is one of the AET lecturers as well as the teacher for one of Joan’s favorite electives in the program.
Electives – Required Full Time/Part Time optional
There are several reasons for the electives:
- Students create an amazing new skill set that you can use in tandem with Animal Communication;
- Students learn about anatomy, physiology and the energetic system;
- Students create a wonderful new resource for yourself as a practitioner – creating “community”
- Â Â Â One of these modalities may be the true life calling.

Susan Crawford, DC teaching Cranial/Sacral for Equines, Canines and Felines!
Many graduates and students have taken the body balancing 2 week program of Regan Golob, one graduate studied dog massage. Other graduates have chosen EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Cranial Sacral, Crystals, Essential Oils to name a few. Joan has a list of wonderful practitioners that she considers to be authorities in their field. A student is more than welcome to take something off the list as long as it fulfills the necessities of understanding the basics of either the physical or energetic system.

Plus University Master Mind Calls with Joan – Full and Part Time welcome
These calls for students from all classes to master-mind with Joan and other students. These calls will be live and hosted by Joan on select Mondays this is where we review homework, issues, and answer questions, etc.
Homework – Full and Part Time welcome
The Homework for the students is set up between the students by Joan. Sometimes the students are given additional homework of connecting with potential clients outside the University. Following through with the homework is vital as it gives the students the opportunity to continue to practice their skills in a safe environment. It also creates lifelong friendships with others on the same path.
Clearing – Full and Part Time welcome
Being true to one’s self and clearing is a vital component for any type of healing to work. The more the practitioner, healer or Animal Communicator stays true to their own healing process, the more neutral they can be. The more neutral a practitioner can be, the healer maintains an even bigger capacity to serve. Clearing is also vital so that the Animal Communicator doesn’t get bogged down or take on their clients “stuff”. This is constantly a subject for the students to review.
