The Silva Method

So, what exactly is this Silva Method?

It is the brainchild of Jose SILVA, brought up in Laredo, Texas, on the border of the USA and Mexico.
Although he never went to school, he first became a successful businessman and inventor, and then founded a system of mind development which has inspired millions world-wide, including scientists, doctors, artists, sportspeople, psychologists and educationalists.

After decades of learning, research and experiments, he began presenting a four-day class, which was originally called Silva Mind Control. He was a pioneer in fields which have since become more familiar to us: alpha brain waves, relaxed concentration, visualization and imagination, positive thinking, reprogramming the mind, activating the subconscious mind, and controlled ESP.

He passed away in 1997, but his legacy lives on. I had the privilege to learn from him and personally work with him during his lifetime.

I have been teaching the Silva class since 1988 and continue to be amazed at how the material is still relevant today. In fact, we are still discovering depths and applications which are even more pertinent for our times.
