From Barking in Faces to Calm: Ruby’s EFT Journey

While out on the road, one of the dogs I communicated with had reactivity to people. She would bark in their face. Let’s call her Ruby. Ruby was terrified of most humans. The people didn’t tell me this, so I walked in and Ruby was completely calm. However, through animal communication, I discovered how terrified she is of people. It started early on. She was the last of the litter to be “bought”. My client had been in a pet store picking up cat food and noticed this dog eyeing her and ended up leaving the store with cat food and a puppy.

But, the experience of being projected onto by people in the store, “this poor little dog”, “Oh, the last one”, Ruby developed a complex that there as something wrong with her and the people she would meet.

As I shared this, my client was so relieved to understand WHY. And from there we did some EFT tapping. I could feel into what she experienced when she would meet people. It would start with her heart racing. We were able to incorporate that into the tapping. And, from there, my client will always touch her chest, her shoulders and calm that heart.

Since I visited, the reactivity has been minimal. And my client is continuing to tap with her dog.
