Please note: We do not give refunds. At CWALU, we love teaching people and spreading Joan’s unique process of communicating with and healing animals throughout different communities. Joan is on a BIG MISSION, and so the best way to reach that mission is to pass on her teachings. We believe that each person who attends one of Joan’s classes is on an equally important mission and so we fully support all of our students. HOWEVER, in order to accomplish this mission, we enroll students who are fully committed to this work.
In the event that just cause be raised for no longer being enrolled in a purchased course, we may be able to issue you a credit for the amount you paid to be used towards another product, CWALU course, or a Jill and Joan product or course (which can be found on https://jillandjoan.com/) within the following 12 months.
By completing registration for any CWALU course or program, you are agreeing and understand that you are purchasing the course or program in FULL. It must be clear that you are not purchasing a monthly subscription plan that you can cancel at any time, but instead, agreeing to pay the tuition for the course or program in full (with the opportunity to do so over time, with interest, if you are set up with an approved payment plan).
Chargebacks are NOT an acceptable way to cancel registration in a course or program and will be legally contested.
