Spring Intensive: EFT Tapping with My Animals

We’ve moved into the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) portion of the Spring Intensive and it’s been incredible!

The EFT tapping was so much fun. All of my animals (staff) were put to work, if they wanted to be and have been gracious teachers.

Here’s what I love about EFT: it gets to the root.

That reactive dog? Not “bad.” Scared.
That hiding cat? Not “difficult.” Overwhelmed.
That horse who won’t load? Not “stubborn.” Traumatized.

EFT helps release the emotions underneath the behavior so the animal can come back to themselves—calm, confident, safe.

I watched my students tune into what the animals were feeling, hold space without trying to fix anything, tap gently on meridian points, and witness the shift when the nervous system just… drops.

It never gets old.

When you combine animal communication with EFT? You’re not managing behavior. You’re healing what’s causing it.

Here are some of the highlights:

We’re now moving into the Sanctuaries module, where students will get to apply both animal communication and EFT with rescue animals who’ve experienced trauma.

I can’t wait to see what unfolds.
