Lorrin Maughan

Hi, I’m Lorrin – I live in Washington State with my equine companions (and co-coaches) Gift and Fella, and my feline companions Jasper, Morris, Piper, Greyson, and Calvin.

I started my animal communication and energy healing journey in 2011 while still working full time in the very left-brain corporate world. I joined CWALU and started studying with Joan, as well as becoming a Reiki Master with Cindy Rackley, in the Usui tradition. I started a business offering animal communication and Reiki for companion animals in addition to working corporate contracts in learning and development. In 2013, I took a hiatus to become certified as a Master Equine Gestaltist, and started my Equine Gestalt coaching business in 2015, continuing my corporate work on the side. During the pandemic, I went back to corporate work full time and moved my coaching business part time but was guided back to CWALU to complete the Animal Mastery Program, as the work continues to be integral to my broader vision.

I’ve been on several wildlife trips with Joan and have enjoyed co-facilitating virtual intensives (during the pandemic) as well as medical intuition classes and energetic horsemanship at Joan’s ranchette. I think it’s safe to say that animal communication has changed and enriched my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and I look forward to moving back into my business full time as an animal communicator, energy healer, and coach in the near future.
